Can life lessons we learn from movies prepare us for the end of civilization? Is Harry Potter the new Star Wars? Has modern science fiction lost its way? Are housewives ruining American television? Explore these questions and many others with Sean Gilbert, Brooks Robinson and Greg Starks in TV Ate My Dinner, the podcast that brings you the finest in opiniontainment when it comes to movies, TV and media issues. It could also mean the difference between living and dying if you ever find yourself staring down the business end of a zombie bite, so this is one show you can't afford to miss!

Sean teams with Lynn and Tracy to discuss the logistics of sex in space, the first humans born on Mars, a world without men and the diminution of the y chromosome.  We also talk about the Last Airbender.

"This is a particularly bad one..." Greg

Sean, Greg and Lynn talk about the casting choices for The Dark Knight Rises, Splice, Return to Frogtown, and Dolph Lundgren's upcoming movie, In the Name of the King 2. But is that enough to make Greg happy? No. He says this episode sucks.

You be the judge...

Despite some technical difficulties talking across the world, Sean and Greg connect with Lynn to celebrate Valentine's Day with a tribute to Romantic Comedies. It starts with When Harry Met Sally and Sleepless in Seattle and leads to Patrick Dempsey's Made of Honor and Gerard Butler's predilection towards bad boy roles in the Bounty Hunter and the Ugly Truth. But somehow it goes from Love Actually to horror exploitation like The Human Centipede (which has nothing to do with Romantic Comedy). Plus a little more talk about TRON: Legacy.
